As reported by “Turan” Azeri agency, by that the OLK activists had intended to express their protest against the Moscow policy regarding the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. The resolution spread by the picket participants among journalists noted, “Russia being a permanent member of the UN Security Council and co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group for settlement of the Karabakh conflict should make every effort to pass a fair decision over the confrontation.” The resolution also sets up a claim to end the double standard policy in the South Caucasus and to give up military cooperation with Armenia.
