The president of Azerbaijan did not receive the delegation of the PACE monitoring committee only due to organizational reasons, and one should not try to explain this fact by other circumstances, new head of the Azeri delegation to PACE Samed Seidov told “Turan” Azeri agency. It should be noted that the delegation was in Baku to study the situation in Azerbaijan after the presidential election held there.
