HEADS OF OTCS COUNTRIES GATHER FOR CONFERENCE

This evening Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian will leave for Bishkek to participate in a sitting of Council of Foreign Ministers of counties making part of the Organization of the Treaty on Collective Security (OTCS). The agenda of the forum opening November 19 includes issues referring to the situation in Afghanistan, interrelations and the dialogue between the OTCS and the NATO.
