Armenian President Robert Kocharian being on formal visit in Romania had a private conversation with his Romanian associate Ion Iliescu. As reported by Romanian sources, Armenian-Romanian expanded talks with the participation of the leadership of a number of ministries of both countries were conducted after the meeting. Upon the completion of the negotiations agreements on non-visa entry regime for the people with diplomatic and official passports as well as on cooperation in the sphere of the protection of the industrial property were signed.
