Four students of “Kvant” Yerevan educational complex won the International Astronomy Contest held the other day in Stockholm. Zhirayr Avetisian, Mkrtich Soghomonian, Artavazd Minasian and David Aghamalian were awarded with two diplomas of high degree and also with one of the third and one of the “particular” degree diplomas. 16 teams from 14 counties of the world took part in the contest. As reported in “Kvant” educational complex, after the victory at the Stockholm competition the young astronomers received a number of offers to study in some European countries.
