Armenia is holding active talks with the US and Iraq’s neighbor countries about sending its field engineers to Iraq, Armenian defense minister Serge Sargsian told Arminfo agency today. In his words the negotiations are being conducted for the purpose of securing the legal basis for the execution of the operation. At the same time the minister found difficulty to answer when the talks will be completed.
