GEORGIAN POLITICIAN REFUTED ANTI-ARMENIAN STATEMENTS ASCRIBED TO HIM

Chairman of “Ertoba” Georgian political league Jumber Patiashvili refuted the reports saying that he as though agreed with the opinion of one of leaders of the Labor party that “an Armenian revolution” was carried out in Georgia by a group of politicians, namely Nino Burjanadze, Zurab Zhvania and some others. “I could not agree with such an absurd opinion. I love and will love Armenian people”, – told Patiashvili A-info agency. At the same time he expressed his discontent with some journalists spreading false information that could create tension in Armenian-Georgian relations. “Being a true friend of Armenians, I come out against any rumors and statements that can be considered anti-Armenian”, – the Georgian politician said.
