HEYDAR ALIYEV EXPECTED TO ATTEND ILHAM ALIYEV INAUGURATION

Ex-president of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev is expected to attend the ceremony of inauguration of Azeri president Ilham Aliyev in Baku October 30, said chairman of Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan Murtuz Aleskerov, Baku sources reported. In his words, the state of health of Aliyev Sr. is rather good, and he will return to Baku if physicians allow him. As reported by “Nezavisimaya Gazeta” Russian newspaper, all arrangements for the inauguration are being held under the personal patronage of the new First Lady – Mehriban Aliyeva. According to the source, it gives occasion to say that in the future she will participate in state affairs.
