Official Baku is going to express a note of protest to Bulgaria due to the development of the Armenian-Bulgarian military cooperation. Specifically, the program of military cooperation for 2004, signed between the defense ministries of Armenia and Bulgaria in Yerevan the other day, has caused uneasiness of the Azeri authorities, “Arminfo” agency reported referring to Baku sources. According to the source, the Azeri foreign ministry did not either confirm or deny that a note of protest was being arranged.
