The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, according to preliminary information, will arrive in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict region in late December. As reported by Baku media, stated representative of Azeri president’s administration Novruz Mamedov. In his words, the change of the time of the visit is conditioned by “the variance between the working schedules of the mediators and the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.” It should be noted that earlier the Minsk Group co-chairs were expected to visit the region in November, upon the completion of presidential election in Azerbaijan.
