OSCE OBSERVERS DISAGREE MISSION HEAD’S “GENTLE” ASSESSMENT OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN AZERBAIJAN

180 OSCE observers expressed their disagreement with the conclusion of OSCE observing mission head Peter Ayker, who has “extenuated” the evaluation of the presidential election in Azerbaijan. As reported by Mediamax agency, they stated about it at the press conference in Baku. Serbian observer Milan Stefanovich particularly stated that all 180 observers attended 125 polling stations and fixed violations “constituting a threat of reelection”. In his words, a lot of violations have been fixed, and the observers intend to prepare a separate report on this occasion. “The persons, who under the supervision of Peter Ayker prepared the preliminary report, have committed crime and should be imposed a penalty upon”, – Milan Stefanovich said.
