ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER CONGRATULATED ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian the other day sent a congratulation letter to the newly elected governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger on the occasion of his being elected for the post. The message specifically noted, “Sturdy ties have been established between Armenia and California and I am sure they will keep developing in the future, too. I highly appreciate your congratulation letter on the 12-th anniversary of independence of Armenia. I am sure it was taken in the best manner by the numerous Armenian diaspora of California, too.”
