Spain is ready to enlarge political and economic cooperation with Armenia, Spanish ambassador to Armenia Jose Maria Robles Fraga said at meetings with Armenian leadership in Yerevan. In his words, the visit of the delegation of Spanish businessmen to Yerevan next year will contribute to that. The parties noted the need for holding business forums and exchanging information in the commercial-economic field. According to the data of the Statistical Service of Armenia, the goods turnover between the two countries has made $5 147 million within the 8 months of 2003.
