Within the framework of the 16-th sitting of the Consultation Council for labor, migration and social security issues of the CIS population, consultations are held between the ministries of internal affairs of Armenia and Russia to work out the future agreement on the order of settling Armenian citizens in the Russian Federation. The agreement in question provides for a number of benefits for mutual settlers from both countries. Specifically, certain benefits are expected to be provided for them when transferring personal belongings across the border. It should be noted that measures to regulate labor force inflow to Russia are being worked out at present.
