It is considered in the Russian ministry of industry and science that the Armenian companies that had been passed to Russia to pay off Armenia’s debts should have positive dynamics. In the words of minister of industry and science Ilya Klebanov, these positive movements should be seen in Armenia first. The minister noted that United Energy Systems (UES) of Russia is ready to start work in Armenia. As reported to RIA Novosti in the press office of the energy holding, UES of Russia is cooperating with three key Armenian energy units these being Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, Sevan-Razdan cascade including 5 hydroelectric plants as well as Razdan Heat Power Plant which has been recently passed to the trust administration of UES of Russia.
