ARMENIAN CHURCH AND CULTURAL CENTER TO BE BUILD IN YEKATERINBURG

At the end of August preparation works for building a new Armenian church, expected to be ready for exploitation in 2006, began in Yekaterinburg Russian city. Besides, as reported by “Yerkramas” newspaper of Armenians of the south of Russia, “Ani-Armenia” Armenian Culture Society of the city intends to address Yekaterinburg administration requesting to assign space for a cultural center not far from the church. The classes of the Armenian Sunday school, which has already operated for five years and is based in one of secondary educational institutions of the city, will be conveyed there.
