AS OSCE CHAIR BULGARIA WILL PUT NAGORNO KARABAKH ISSUE ON AGENDA, BULGARIAN PRESIDENT SAID

Bulgaria, which will assume the OSCE presidency beginning in 2004, will put the issue of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh problem on the agenda, Bulgarian president Georgi Parvanov said yesterday at a joint press conference with Armenian leader Robert Kocharian in Sofia. In G. Parvanov’s words, the Bulgarian and Armenian foreign ministers have already started working for it.
