From February 27-March 2, Hovik Hayrapetyan equestrian center of Yerevan will host a professional seminar for riders. It will bring together representatives from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, with the course to be conducted by the International Equestrian Federation expert Stavros Georgopoulos.
According to the president of the Armenian Equestrian Sport Federation Hayrapet Hayrapetyan, the seminar will be held in two rounds.
“The courses will focus on overcoming obstacles and horse riding techniques. Hopefully, the seminar will become a common practice in Armenia. Another seminar for referees is planned in the near future,” Hayrapetyan said.
9 coaches participate in the seminar including 4 from Armenia. 15 Armenian specialists partake in the event as independent audience members.
Mr. Georgopoulos expressed gratitude for the warm welcome, stressing that it will become a cornerstone for developing equestrian in Armenia.
