OSCE Minsk Group attempts to fulfill its commitments, the MG French Co-chair said.
According to Jacques Faure, this envisages balanced and peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. “Assistance provided by organizations may stipulate non-mediated support to OSCE MG activity,” he noted.
