137 Armenian citizens have been registered as students in 7 foreign countries. As it was reported to Armenpress agency in the press office of the RA ministry of Education and Science, 66 students from Armenia study in Russia, 30 – in Greece, 20 – in China, 8 – in Belarus, 6 – in the US, 5 – in Lebanon and 2 – in Kazakhstan. Meanwhile, 1535 students from 15 countries are receiving higher education in the Armenian institutes. Being for most part the natives of South-East Asia, Near East and Latin America, majority of them study in the Yerevan Medical University.
