Foreign Minister of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Karen Mirzoyan met with the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk on Saturday, Dec 15.
The parties discussed the situation at the line of contact between NKR and Azeri armed forces, as well as the monitoring conducted by the OSCE mission, NKR Foreign Ministry’s press service reported.
