Nagorno Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to form state commission for celebration of festive events dedicated to 25th anniversary of Artsakh liberation movement.
By another decree, a committee led by NKR parliament speaker Ashor Gulyan was formed to develop and discuss the program of events, Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
