Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian commented on Karabakh conflict settlement at a Tbilisi-hosted Eastern Partnership (EaP) Foreign Ministers meeting.
“As confirmed by Warsaw Declaration, Eastern Partnership must promote stability and trust between the conflicting sides. The Declaration also stresses the necessity of peaceful settlement based on the principles of international law,” Nalbandian stressed.
As he further noted, a clause for peaceful settlement of conflicts has also been included in EaP roadmap. “Armenia will continue settlement of the conflict under the aegis of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, with OSCE MG as the only internationally mandated format,” Nalbandian said, hailing EU assistance to the efforts of the OSCE MG, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
