On May 4, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with a group of community heads participating in seminar courses, organized by NKR government.
President Sahakyan attached importance to the launching of the project, noting that the combination of theoretical and practical knowledge would have a positive impact on the activities of community leaders.
Problems existing in the communities and ways to solve them were also discussed at the meeting.
NKR vice-premier Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials partook in the meeting, Central Information Department of the Artsakh Republic President's Office reported.
