On May 15, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Arthur Grigoryan to the post of first assistant to the President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic releasing him from the post of assistant to the NKR President.
According to another presidential decree Lilit Petrosyan was appointed assistant to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic President, Central Information Department at the Artsakh President's Office reported.
