Azeri Foreign Minister Elman Abdullayev slammed famed soprano Monserrat Caballe’s visit to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
“Visits made without notifying respective agencies of the Azerbaijan Republic are illegal and harm peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” News.az quoted Abdullayev as saying.
However, he advised against rushing to blacklist Caballe, in the habit of Azeri authorities, announcing every one who visits NKR without Baku consent ‘persona non grata’.
