U.S. Department of State welcomed the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in Yerevan-hosted meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
According to the U.S. Department of State, the meeting may create grounds for a dialogue between the regional leaders as well as promote normalization of Turkish-Armenian ties.
