The U.S co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group will leave for Baku to meet with Azerbaijan's leadership, James Warlick posted on Twitter today (Dec 14), according to Trend News.
No further details were provided.
After assuming the co-chair post, Warlick made several individual visits to Baku, without being accompanied by his French and Russian colleagues.
