The statement by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia announcing the end of war in Nagorno-Karabakh presupposes a transition to a full-fledged negotiation process, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said Tuesday, November 10.
"The statement presupposes an unconditional transition to a full-fledged negotiation process on all aspects of this complex and difficult problem," Zakharova said in an interview with Russia-24 TV channel (via TASS).
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev have signed a deal to end the war in Karabakh. Karabakh (Artsakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan said on Tuesday that he has agreed to the deal signed by Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan.
