The families of missing servicemen have been allowed to participate in the search and rescue operations in an around Nagorno-Karabakh, the Emergency Situations Services of Artsakh (Karabakh) reveals.
It has been one week since the parents and family members of those missing have joined rescue workers in a bid to help find their loved ones or recover their bodies.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev on November 9 signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days. Under the deal, the Armenian side has returned all the seven regions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh, having lost a part of Karabakh itself in hostilities.
