Russian President Vladimir Putin will make a state visit to Armenia, according to a statement from the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
The matter was discussed at a meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Russia, Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergei Lavrov, on Monday, September 5.
