The state system of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) has completely switched to “economy mode”, Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan said on social media on Friday, June 17.
He reminded that the day before, Azerbaijan completely blocked the Lachin corridor, as a result of which even the supply of essential products, as well as the process of transporting patients to Armenia for treatment through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross was stopped.
The State Minister called on residents to use fuel for cars only in emergencies. He promised that the population would be provided with food and bread, and necessary supplies would be delivered to medical facilities.
Everything will be done to continue agricultural work. Transport will continue to operate, he added.
