Activity of the OSCE Minsk Group can not result in NagornoKarabakh conflict resolution since the decisions of OSCE are not legally binding, chairman of Justice party of Azerbaijan, Milli Mejlis human rights commission member Ilyas Ismailov said.
Since OSCE's decisions do not impose obligations on individual states, this organization cannot resolve the existing conflicts; OSCE can only make recommendations, SalamNews quoted Ismailov as saying.
“I believe it is the UN Security Council that should deal with the fair settlement of Karabakh conflict because the Security Council has the authority to make separate states undertake commitments. Meanwhile, activity of the OSCE is just idle talk,” he said.
